EXCHANGES, RETURNS AND REPAIRS

You are welcome to return anything that was ordered from Vincero. Although there is no set time limit, we ask that returns for fit or color be made in a timely manner and that items be kept in new condition with tags attached. Returns received more than one year after the purchase date will be refunded with a Vincero merchandise credit.

To begin the return process, visit our Returns and Repairs page. You will need your order number and billing zip code to begin the online return process.   

  • If you have your order number, we recommend using our $5.00 printable return shipping label, which includes tracking and insurance for your package.
  • The $5.00 shipping label cost will be deducted from your refund or merchandise credit.

If you don’t have your order number, please use our Return Form and ship your package with a carrier that provides tracking and insurance.

RETURN POLICY DRAFT

If you are not 100% satisfied with your Vincero purchase for any reason you can return it for a refund or exchange. All we ask is that the returned item(s) is in new and unused condition

Returns are only accepted for items purchased directly from the Vincero website. The original packaging and any protective coverings and product information must still be on the product and in the packaging. Domestic customers that utilize a return shipping label provided by Vincero will be subject to a $5 restocking fee. Shipping costs of returned items are non-refundable. 

Returns that are soiled, damaged or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer. If you are returning an item for exchange, our team will need to confirm the item you would like to receive instead. As soon as your returned package is processed, we will reach out with details regarding the exchange.

Returns received after 90 days of original receipt may be accepted at the discretion of Vincero Watches and will be for store credit only.

Returned items which were purchased as gifts will be dealt with on an individual basis.
